Cramps are the worst.  Period cramps; stomach cramps from bloating or poor digestion--doesn't matter; they're all THE worst.  
 
I've carefully formulated this balm to help allievate those painful, annoying, and disruptive cramps.  Vitex, mugwort, cramp bark and clary sage are all powerful and helpful herbal remedies to reduce the spasmodic cramping and pain associated with menstrual cramps. I, of course, cannot promise they will eliminate your menstrual pains, but my sincere hope is that rubbing a little bit of this on your belly when the pain hits, will help ease those cramps so you can feel some relief.
