Cramps are the worst.  Stomach cramps from bloating or poor digestion. Period cramps. Doesn't matter; they're all THE worst.  
 
I've carefully formulated this balm to help allievate those painful, annoying, and disruptive cramps.  I of course cannot promise they will defeat your gastrointestinal or period pains, but my sincere hope is that rubbing a little bit of this on your belly when the pain hits, will help ease those cramps so you can feel some relief.
